Rustgill mushroom mini cloche

I wanted to capture a tiny piece of the forest floor that surrounds where I live . Rustgill mushrooms amongst gum leaves, grasses and a discarded found feather.

All pieces have been created out of specialty crepe from Europe which has been hand painted with acrylic and water colour paints, with highlights added from pastels. Shapes are hand cut , glued and hand assembled with wire to create this unique forest scape in a cloche.

All art work is treated with archival protection. In order to keep your artwork looking it's best , keep it away from direct sunlight and where there is a lot of moisture.
